Regarding dinners, 3 solutions are possible:
- Restaurants around La Demeure d’Othe (don’t hesitate to book). For example:
- Au Puisotin in Eaux de Puiseaux
- LA Crêpe à roulettes in Auxon
- La guinguette de l’Armance in Saint Florentin
- Au Cochon qui s’éveille in Ervy le Châtel
- L’Auberge des Vieux Moulins Banaux in Villeneuve l’Archevêque
- Picnic, on a covered or uncovered terrace, or on the lawn, depending on your desire
- And finally Christine’s proposals (see below). For more information, please contact us.
Christine can, at your request at least 48 hours in advance, offer you:
- For “apéritif”, a dozen of snails on puff pastry
- A “table d’hôtes” for 4 people minimum with: seasonal starter – main course – local cheeses – dessert, Chablis wine
- A welcome dinner based on quiches and tarts with: tarts and its salad – dessert, Grand Duc beer
- An assortment of cheese and french charcuterie with a Chablis wine
And if you forgot to book a dinner, if you arrive late, Christine will offer you a selection of local dishes (ready-to-eat jarred dishes) cooked “natural” by La Conserverie de la Tuilerie (local).
